Our annual Hutton Sixes charity tournament takes place on Saturday 10th September. This is always a great day for spectators and competitors alike and raises much needed funds for Orchid - the male cancers charity - and our club. More information will be sent shortly…. in the meantime, please save the date!
Of course, there are many things needed to make the day a success -
* Teams/players: some of you have already provisionally booked your place - thank you! If there are any other teams out there, please contact Nicola nicolaparry51@hotmail.com Similarly, if you don’t have a team but would like to play, please let us know, and we’ll try to help.
The entry fee for a squad of 8 (team of 6) is £100, plus a raffle prize. This includes at least 3 matches, bacon rolls on arrival and a two-course lunch.
* Help on the day: volunteers needed for setting up, teas/coffees, bar, selling raffle tickets, washing up, setting tables, bbq, cooking & serving, etc… the more people we have, the lighter the load - any time you can give will be greatly appreciated!
