After a busy cricket season which saw over 180 matches played at the Polo Fields in 2024, we need your help with work to prepare the ground and club for the 2025 season on Saturday 28th September between 9:00 am and 12:00 noon.

There are lots of small jobs that we need help with including:

Putting the sight screens away for the winter.
Stowing the scoreboard away.
Cleaning and clearing the nets.
Removing leaves and acorns from both grounds.
Clearing the drainage ditches.
Tidying the overgrown boundary edges.

Whether it's your 1st or 100th time particpating in our working parties there's lots of help on hand to guide you from our grounds volunteering team.

The bar will also be open afterwards serving refereshments after the working party, so why not reward your morning's efforts with a hot or cold drink in the pavilion?
