We're once again celebrating the past year at Hutton CC with our annual dinner and awards evening at Mount Avenue Banqueting Suite on the 6th December. We're looking forward to a really entertaining evening, and we would love you to join us. Tickets for the evening are just £25 per person.

The evening will take the form of a hot buffet dinner, a celebration of the all the cricket played across 400 matches during the 2024 season. Followed by live music and dancing well into the evening.

Group bookings are available, so just let us know how many tickets you require via our booking form.

After a busy cricket season which saw over 180 matches played at the Polo Fields in 2024, we need your help with work to prepare the ground and club for the 2025 season on Saturdays 9th & 30th November between 9:00 am and 12:00 noon.

There are lots of small jobs that we need help with including:

Tidying the ground store.
Storing sight screens for the winter.
Car park surrounds cut and cleared.
Ditches cleared.
Clearing of the paths around the ground.
Leaves cleared from the outfield to prevent grass die-off.
Prune low-hanging tree branches.
“Autumn clean” and tidy of the bar, kitchen and pavilion.
Car park and outside holes filled in with gravel.

Whether it's your 1st or 100th time participating in our working parties there's lots of help on hand to guide you from our grounds volunteering team.

The bar will also be open afterwards serving refreshments after the working party, so why not reward your morning's efforts with a hot or cold drink in the pavilion?

Our Annual General Meeting will be held at the club on 27th November, starting at 8 PM.

Apologies.
Adoption of minutes of 2023 Annual General Meeting.
Chairman’s Report.
Treasurer’s Report.
Adoption of accounts for Hutton CC for the financial year ending 30th September 2024.
Membership and match fees for the 2025 season.
Election of officers of the club.
Election of committee members.
Election of team captains for the 2025 season.
Any other competent club business.

Further reports and documents will be circulated closer to the time of the AGM.

Our current club secretary is standing down at the end of the AGM later in the month.

As a result we are looking for two volunteers in the following areas to help with the running of the club. These roles are:

Club Secretary dealing with the day to day correspondence of the club.
Digital marketer responsible for managing the content and operation of the website and creating social media content for the club.
