Before 2025 ends we are excited to bring you news of the details for Adult Men's Indoor Training in 2026.

We have secured the use of 3 lanes every Monday from 5th January to 30th March 8-9 PM for the cost of just £6 per session!.

Located at Rockchase Sports in Harold Wood, our indoor training sessions will be held at the recently opened facility, located just before Gallows Corner on the A12.

The club has secured lanes 3, 4 and a bowling machine lane at this new facility and all captains are encouraging everyone to blow away those winter cobwebs.

This year all payments for training need to be made via bank transfer either beforehand or immediately after the session itself via the details below:

Where "DDMM" is the day and month of the session (so 5th January is 0501) and "ABCDE" are the first 5 characters of your surname.

It is important to the club finances that we recoup our outgoings to provide these sessions at a time of year when the club has reduced levels of income prior to the commencement of the season.
